Bought em. Cheers. I thought they were for house radiators when I first looked.
they are - but they do a brill job on Landies. Put the blanking plug in the top of the rad, and the bleed valve in the thermostat housing. means you can bleed it hot too.

Didn't mean bonnet, front panel.
Had a J reg one just had defender on it not LR90
Sorry to bother you. Was it black and gold like vthis? cheers.

No, the more modified the better :)

Nice looking this isn't it, got anything rad planned for it?
D'ya mean radical? If so, then no, not really. I like the youtube vids of off roading, but that and green laning isn't me really. Gonna put silent tiles on, do the headlining, three dog crate set up and I like the sound of wrights soundproofing. I've got the reversing cams to put on, expedition roof rack and ladders, new front seats and that'll be it hopefully (that's a year or two plan, if and when funds allow). I did think of taking the bulkhead out for a bar to get more space, but I'm just gonna hope my knees and hips and arse adjust to the squashedness over the next few months,

The pictures look great and, of course, these things are a perpetual "work in progress"; rest assured, you'll get great support, ideas, technical knowledge and outright abuse on this forum, so embrace it! Health to enjoy your new purchase!
oh I know that. I've had brilliant help from the get go, before I bought it actually, it's just I got brain fog at the viewing/purchase and post purchase panic as some problems emerged. Cos I'm approaching it as a love affair now (rather than worrying that I paid too much or fearful of spending more on it cos I won't get it back), I'm happy and enjoying it. Hopefully it's gonna take me to the grave (not early and the cause, but cos I've no plans to have another car before I naturally croak it :0)

LOL. With my most recent purchase in July of a D90, I thought I had covered all the bases; except I hadn't and that has resulted in more work, which is code for more hard-earned cash heading down the Swanee. But, hey-ho, it's my hobby and I just simply love driving it at every opportunity and instead of my very boring German car. In the Spring, I plan to convert it to a soft-top (I know, I know, it's Northern Europe and such things should not be contemplated...). So, in summary, like many folk who bought one of these and threw and continue to throw shed-loads of cash at it, I'll probably never be able to sell it for a profit but that problems for my next of kin..:p

A message to self: From moan and groan > assessment and solution-focused resolution. Cut out the moan and groan. 4 week whinge about postural problems and s&%T drive. Identified decomposed (only word for it) seat foam. Stripped and waiting for new pads to arrive. In interim, borrowed passenger seat in better nick for driver's seat. This morning, heavenly drive, and passenger seat slightly perished, so looking forward to 2 x DA4031 arriving.

I have the wrights soundproofing mat stuff in my 90, it’s a faff to fit but it’s bloody excellent stuff

It's good to see you are enjoying some of the work you do to it.
Love the cardboard on the indicator(yep I have done this)

It's therapy & keeps the mind trained .
