I have carried and used the 2 ton one for many years. Fits behind the center seat along with a thick square of plywood to sit it on. Welded a U curved strip of steel on top of the screw out section. Would be rather dodgy without I recon.

As it is songle stage it might not have the range of lift to get a flat axle high enough to put an inflated spare on, a block of wood to run the flat wheel onto before removal would give you the extra height.

Used discovery jacks used to be peanuts secondhand. Now, they make a lot more as they’re popular. The Clarke option is a much better value alternative.
