Yep it almost criminal. I'm not up on my series identification, can anybody tell what it is ? If anybody is interested to know more (possibly make an offer) I'm willing to make enquiries as it would be nice IF it can be saved.Judging by the other tractors in the hedge, his attitude is not confined to just the Landy.
They think if they own it they can do what they want, bloke down the road has about 10 tractors rotting in the fields, some classics....Outrageous mindset with some of them!
The bloke wants between £8-10k for it. Reckons he’s had loads of offers!I have put up on here a pic of the Series one with a crane on the back that has been parked outside a garage in Middleham ,Yorkshire Dales for as long as we have been going there which is since 1991 on and off.
Still there according to street view, in 2022.

Sorry your bloke or the bloke in Middleham?!The bloke wants between £8-10k for it. Reckons he’s had loads of offers!
Sorry mate, I didn’t make that clear at all did I?Sorry your bloke or the bloke in Middleham?!
I don't get the cut ya nose to spite ya face type, I would much rather see a vehicle I own go to a good home if I couldn't be bothered with it. What a lot of these type of owners don't realise is the time/effort & money involved in getting these vehicles back 'on the road' they are in most cases deluded thinking there worth more than they are, which is what I remember of the conversation I had about the pic of the LR I posted earlier, I despair.Sorry mate, I didn’t make that clear at all did I?
The bloke in Middleham. I googled Middleham garages and by chance that garage popped up. Called them and it belongs to the bloke who rents the garage to the business. He said it’s for sale. He’s apparently had a load of offers between £8-£10k but nobody’s actually turned up with the money. I want one to do up and send to my dad who has a farm in Spain. He’d love it. The bloke wouldn’t give me a price, just kept asking what I was offering. I said if it’s for sale, you must have a price in mind? Odd bloke!! Guess it’ll just die in situ.
It’s bizarre isn’t it? I’m not desperate for one but if I could drag it out of that state and put it back on the road without financially crippling me then I’d like to.I don't get the cut ya nose to spite ya face type, I would much rather see a vehicle I own go to a good home if I couldn't be bothered with it. Hi, finally (my better half) dug the seats out today, they are dark grey leather. They've been dry stored since he removed them. In the pic I've given the l/h seat, bolster a quick clean (with the stuff in the pic). There's no rips & will clean up nicely, if you still want them let me know & we can arrange collection, all the best. We’ve got 4 kids and a dog. Eldest is staying in Uk house sitting for us this year. If we put one kid in the back (3rd row) with the dog then more room in middle and no (less) arguments. I’m putting third row seats in before we go. Our last Disco had 7 seats. This one was too good not to buy at £2k.
I bet he'll need to know if you have the head rests too?Hi, finally (my better half) dug the seats out today, they are dark grey leather. They've been dry stored since he removed them. The headrests are built in, they slide up when you unfold the seat.I bet he'll need to know if you have the head rests too?
They look very nice!
Do they now?The headrests are built in, they slide up when you unfold the seat.
Your right they have them as well for adult but the back of the seats also slide up which I presume would be for kids.Do they now?
I thought I had seen ones that sort of fold down from the roof above them.
Wonder why I thought that!
Old age I guess!
Thank the lord.Your right they have them as well for adult but the back of the seats also slide up which I presume would be for kids.
So you've still got them although you've slung the rear seats?Camping tonight in Saint Oysths so whilst setting up I thought I'd put a pic up of the rear headrests.
It's the seats out of my lads old D2 that I was offering. I'll be keeping the ones out of mine just in case the seven seat versions double in priceSo you've still got them although you've slung the rear seats?
Maybe blokey will want them after all!
