Searching the forum to find a remedy for the stiff gearchange on my 1994 Defender, the usual suggestion seems to be that the plastic cup that the ball end of the lever sits in will be heavily worn. When I look at the parts diagram, however, I can't find the cup or a part number for it. Am I missing something somewhere?

Clutch disengaging all the way? low fluid and it goes just some of the way making for stiff change.

I'm pretty sure I'm OK there. Getting a gear isn't an issue, the problem is heaving the stick over to get it in position to engage one, especially reverse.

I've had Series vehicles in the past, the sticks on those were easy to flick in and out to double declutch. There's no way on earth I could do that with this.
