No. The flexy section isn't an LR spare.
Although I'm sure a suitably skilled exhaust fitter would be able to weld in a suitable replacement flexible section, as they are available in various sizes.
This would be cheaper than replacing the whole front section, which includes the cat.

Thank you so much for the response, really appreciate the info. I'll examine whether the rest of the pipe is worth investing in and take it from there.
