its getting colder and colder and so is the interior of my rrp38 se, now the people who installed the kit put the water pipes on the heater pipes. the 't's are quite narrow and are located close to the pipes that go throught the bulk head.

now the question is:

1, will this be starving the car of heat to the cab. my assumption is water will circulate the easiest route.

2, has anyone else got a similar issue with thier gas system and a remedy.

all the pipes are equal size and the two t pieces i would imagine are around 20mm ID the pipes bieng about 30 ish ID

cheers fellas

have you tried flushing the system ?

You may have some crap in the pipes.

The design of should not cause problem provding its all clear

it has been flushed and gets some heat but not nearly as much as i'd like!!

there is a good flow through the heater matrix, i just assume theres an easier route through the vapouriser.

could be, i guess i will have a fiddle with the pipework and see if i cant restrict the gas side and run on petrol to see if things improve!!

hope so cos its hard to drive with 5 pairs of socks on!!!!

just the same as mine, ive put 2x ballerfix valves on the vaperizer side and closed them off slightly to improve the flow to the heater.
