there's no fuse for that, it can be the sender/it's soldered contacts or a bad contact along the circuit , to not remove the pump in vain find a resistor between 15 - 100 ohm(if you dont have solder two wires on a side light bulb and use that), unplug the pump and insert the resistor across pins 2-3 of the plug(pink/black - green/black wires) with ignition on, then the gauge must rise between middle and top according to the resistance(15=top), if it does it means the problem is at the sender and you must remove the pump, if it doesnt we'll speak then
