It was a car that looked just like that that started my love affair with the marque when i was a spotty 15 year old oik . Y registered, parked outside my local newsagents. I swore that day to own one. Thirty something years latter, I've just sold number six.

I remember seeing what I now know as a Range Rover Classic when I was around 12 years old, the same colour as this:

I turned to my dad and said; "I want one of those when I'm older" to which he replied something along the lines of; "You better make sure you're earning plenty of money then as they're very expensive, son."

Never did get one but always secretly wanted one since. :)

Is it me or does it look like its had a new wheel arch? not body colour, maybe different on a RR to a disco but all mine had been body colour ?

If I had the money I would buy it and store it in a garage, If I had that sort of money spare I could afford a house with a garage :D
