hi all I,ve just had my discs replaced and noticed that when I turn the steering wheel the front driver side wheel is making a loud squeeking noise it is also making a clunking noise when I go over bumps. It was,nt making these noises when I took the car in to have the discs replaced on friday .Could this be caused by changing the discs or is it coinscidence.
any advise would be great as I shall be calling them tomorrow.

Possibly anti roll bar drop link or a ball joint might have been moved or damaged when they tried to get a disc off ???

Also when they lifted the car to get the wheels off, this extends the suspension components to full travel....

This can cause a squeak as the components settle back down, as they have been moved past their usual position.

I had something similar turns out bolt has pulled through disc back plate leaving it to flap freely and run on disc. Have tied back with cable tie as temp measure until I can get a new one

Lower suspension arm bushes can also be the source of a clunk, I've just replaced mine , not too bad a job, you can get the arm off with the ball joint attached . No more clunking for me :)
