I have a 110 2.5td 19j with the LT77 5 speed box. Over the past couple of weeks there seems to be a rattling noise from gearbox/transferbox area. The gearbox works as sweet as nut, no problems changing gears, no notchy feeling even in cold weather. But there is this rattle, i`ve looked underneath but can`t see anything loose.Clutch works fine, no leaks any where, so any ideas??.
Anyone come across this or something simular?

It sounds like the clutch springs rattling to me (chattering sound?), it's actually a common issue and there is no fix, it's simply an undesirable characteristic of the clutch rather than anything being wrong.
