Replaced all the outlet hose and the injection pipes seem fine, so I idled at 2000rpm and went with the wd40 and then I noticed that just below the injector where the wires are it was bubbling when wet? (and engine running) could this be related?

Are you sure it's not leaking at the base of the injector? If it is, that suggests you need to change the injector copper seals.

I'm pretty Sure but I've just checked and there a few quid so gonna pic some up and change them for the price are they hard to replace? ...

But with the engine off I spray wd over the low plug turn on the engine and it bubbles, turn the engine off and it stops is that normal?

it shouldnt bubble no. that wouldnt cause your problem though i dont think mate just very carefuly tighten the glow plug up a little

Well if it's not related I'll tackle that after Christmas ;-) ordered some glows anyway so I'll change them over....

Any news gone out this morning and hand primed, as I read warning the engine can make getting the injectors out easier! And I could hear a sucking noise and if I look it's the actual bleed screw undone the screw and all the threads are nearly gone in fact even with page tape it still sucks, I'm hoping that's it, I'm guessing or should I say praying that it wasn't a issue but after I repaired the pipe I've then damaged the bleed screw with all this priming.

Its easier to replace fuel pick up and get two lengths of fuel pipe front too back in one go!! No joins or unions except at tank and lift pump! Do leak off lines and lift pump on every motor i get just so i can be sure! Fuel filter change monthly with one always in the motor!

The fuel filter housing has now finally sussed it ;-) so bleeding it and being heavy handed added to the problem but I'm sure it was the corner next to the sedimenter that caused it! Anyway thanks guys and jps I think in the new year that's what I'm gonna do swap over all the existing pipes and do the sender aswell.. Oh and then I might do the boot floor ;-)
