I believe these motors have been known to have leaks on the egr coolers that may not show externally

Cannot argue with that, but it will go for many years longer.]I shall continue to make regular changes. Sooner safe than sorry.
I'd get the warranty to follow it up for you. Best to top it up and let them know straight away so it can loggedThanks all once again. As advised earlier, I'm a a bit reluctant to do any work on the system as it should ( still following this up as we speak) be under warranty. Bought some coolant - should I simply keep topping up until I can organize a thorough check.....it won't do any further damage will it?
