Check this one out - not a Rangie (sorry !) but a cool play in the mud and snow for a Defender & couple of Disco's :D

Much more pleasant on a motorway at 70 MPH going somewhere than wriggling around a muddy field and most of the time going nowhere. :D:D.

Yeah, but where's the fun Tony.....

There is a certain satisfaction in cruising along effortlessly at 70 or so to get to the airport to catch an holiday flight or go away for the weekend. Driving around muddy fields has never turned me on to be honest. Each to their own. Don't forget a P38 is for road use with occasional as needed off road capability. It is not an off road vehicle for occasional road use. ;):D

That said it is surprisingly good off road. The only real issue is the lack of diff-lock so when you get in a ruts it can be hard as hell to get out again. Better with a ton or wood in the back.

Two points I got from that video. 1, Using road tyres in mud isn't a good idea. 2, Anyone else see the deflated P38 in the background?
