Well after 8 years I have decided that the time has come to invest in a nearly new freelander. It is my understanding that prices have dramatically dropped over in GB market, due to credit crunch/high fuel prices/tax/etc.
As I am over here in Northern Ireland I was hoping that somebody might give me a few pointers as to where I could pick up a freelander at a good price, looking at something in the 2 to 3 year old range, 5 door and sporty.
thanks in advance
Richard

No such thing as a good price for a gaylander, unless someone is paying you to take it away.

try reading the freelander faults poll.

Just casual for knocking about on our ****e wee roads and lanes and towing my fishing boat. I really did like my wee gaylander faults and all!! I was assured that they had improved, but somehow I dont believe it all.

Disco for comfort & it'll do just about anything a 90 or 110 will do. Defender if you want a good solid no frills no comforts workhorse.

TD4 is probably best of a bad bunch, engine wise. do not go anywhere near a petrol engined one though.
