Lots of peeps, myself included, swap out the std '98 lights for ones with the indicator - I suspect that has been done on yours????

Have a look on Ebay for one that looks like yours.

Is this a straight swap then?
I have an R reg with only the lights and indicators in the bumper. Not only do I find those lights to be the ones to fail more often, especially when playing in water, I also like the indicators and lights in the clusters for when I am towing my box trailer as the bumper lights are totally obscured then.

Think so, not sure what re-routing of cabling would be required. I've got indicators in the cluster AND in the bumper.

Plug and play on our S reg, 1998 300TDi, when we did a '96 300 we had to run an indicator feed up from the bumper lights ...

When you receive your replacements, just plug them in to the harness to check if they work - if not you need to sort a feed out

BTW when fitting, employ a small child to tighten up the plastic wingnuts.

Anyone with full size man hands will toil to get a finger to the top one. :p
