Ooooh..a back panel all the way from Carlisle!!
Not a bad job there, a lick of paint and ye'd have thought it were meant tae be like that;) :D

I'm only puttin' a ply and tread plate lid on the tub to stop the pikey's nickin' me marbles, it ain't like i'm stickin' winda's init, innit?!!

I had one of them on before an had a issue with erm..... speed:D

I actually got just over 60 the other day! well chuffed

Just over 60? Isnt that a 200tdi? Or a TD with new doors...

I wana do this to mine, is there a rear bulk head or summin below the cab back? Im guessing thats gona be the tricky bit.

The rear bulkhead came out of an old 90, it needs cutting down a bit and adapting to fit. I think you'll need to get the old cappings off first to get it in but they'll all need changing too.

I managed to get most of the bits for either very cheap of free:D
Bit gutted I couldn't have had a crack at the build myself but I never had time and would probably have completely balls'd it up!!

P.S It's an all sing all dancing N/A:eek:

that looks pretty good. at least yer bothered to get the back end right, some of em just cut em off and bodge the back door ;)

Cheers mate
I still plan on getting a decent tailgate at some point. It just doesn't look finished (to me)

What does it sing?

Dont stop me now - Queen ?

Breakdown - Guns and roses ?

Still Life - Iron Maiden ? :D

Peddal to the Metal - Kazzer ? :p

Ok ive had my fun, i was there not very long ago...

If i get a rear cab section off a pick up, i suppose i need a roof off a double cab; i bet theyre not cheap. How on earth did you manage to scrounge them??? Did you just use the old boot or does it need some kind of liner or re-enforcment in the back?

Rich.
