Hi Paul,

The secret ingredient should continue to improve the OD unit, and shut down the noise. It does this by reducing friction, so be aware that the synchromesh may appear to weaken a little. As time passes, the secret ingredient will build up on the rubbing surfaces.

How much did you tip in? The lot?

Hi Charles, no I popped in only half as you had suggested after leaving it to disolve for over a day. Should I try the rest?

No, if it seems to be doing the business, wait a bitty longer. The amount of oil in there is quite small, so the half-a-tub should be good.

Magic stuff!

I think he fancies his chances at stealing me away from you...

Ha Ha!!!!! Steal my beloved ! No Chance. Our love is as strong as a galvanised chassis.
Anyway, how many LandRovers does he have, and is one of them a Puce colour?
SEE! He's got no chance him, and I even have a great big muddy field to play in.

If he's any good with spanners we might let him visit when something gets broken.

If anyone actually wants the Puce Series, with MoT, 2.25 petrol, let me know, as the present owner is getting on a bit and thinks it would be more fun for a young 'un now.

There's a photo somewhere.
