It is fun but if your camping its fricking cold. There is an awesome arcade there where I did spend a lot of my time lol

I'll be there with some mates from a local club - camping at the start point the night before

It's the London to Brighton Land Rover Run, this wkend. I'm half thinking about going along, but not sure about the camping aspect with a 19 month old.

I used to be a member of the club that organises it and went on the run a few years ago. It's certainly well worth doing it, and, as has been pointed out before, if the kids get bored, there is always general seaside stuff and Brighton itself to explore.

If it's anything like the Mini L2B run, organised by London and Surrey Mini Owners Club, then I suggest plenty of food and drinks unless you want to pay burger van prices. Is it Crystal Palace Park? If so, then there's a small Tesco at the bottom of the hill if you need supplies.

Decently sized pubs up the road and a Domino's about a 10-15 min walk from CPP.

This coming from someone that has never been on a Landy run, but have done L2B Mini run a couple of times.

Plenty of souvenir shopping to do in Brighton of course.

Not in Crystal Palace anymore due to the LEZ starts from Epsom and has been and gone last weekend.
