That's really sad they have some lovely motors in there, they charge top dollar for there restored motors but they are at least keeping the old series motors alive.
I occasionally buy bits from them and the guys that work there are a great bunch and really helpful .
 
I wouldnt call it top dollar, they are a business restoring these motors, and they do it to a top standard. having seen what other restorers charge for normal classics, id say about right.
 
Agreed Tim, pricey, but when you see them in the flesh they look as if they've just rolled out of Solihull (coincidently 75 years old today).
A massive shame to see all their hard work going up in smoke, as well as another series off the road.

If it was arson, the old Japanese punishment for anyone found guilty was to lock them in a building and torch it.
A little severe perhaps, mebby just a gentle scorching???:mad::mad:
