I need a passenger footwell for a 1980 lightweight, have bought a standard
s3 one to fit but needs modifying, can anyone point me in the right
direction for the modifications, or where to find a cheap replacement part,
can buy a pr for £80 but only need the one side.

Also need the vent panel , the bit that sits between the windscreen and the
bulkhead, if anyone knows of one for sale, must be cheap.

any help is appreciated

Vent panels are like brains in Chavs, but try PA Blanchards, they had
a stock of S2A lightweight vent panels. They are the same size and
have all the holes in the right places, they just need the windscreen
brackets modifying as the 2a has slightly different ones. Just cut
the old ones off the S3 panel, cut the ones off the new one, and weld
the old ones on. It works, but is best done by fitting the vent panel
and windscreen together to allow tack welds to be made, before fully
welding.

Another option is to get hold of a standard S3 bulkead, and cut off
the vent panel as it is the same width as the Ligthweight, and then
weld some angled steel to the bottom of it to make it into the same as
the Lightweight.
