Hi,

I’ve just fixed he sunroof leak and put new felt on headlining however when putting the lights back in i think I blew a fuse!

The interior lights, radio and clock don’t work (although the clock light is on the number are not showing). I’ve checked the fuses under the bonnet and they are all showing as working. Anyone know what to do?

There are 3 fuses on the passenger compartment fuse board behind the panel under the steering wheel. Fuse F15 (20 Amp), fuse F16 (15 Amp) and fuse F20 (15 Amp). Any one of which could be giving you problems.
Obviously, you should make sure that the fault which caused the fuse to blow initially has been cleared.

I'm taking the "Roy Moore stand" on this and I refuse to concede despite losing the vote, even though Mr Sierrafery is an admirable and highly respected opponent, but I did mention fuse F20 first, along with a couple of other ones.
:D:D:D

it's no contest sir and i really admire and respect your insistence in studying RAVE cos i know it's not easy as i've read it all page by page at least twice.... though just for accuracy you mentioned F20 the last one:oops:

:p... as long as the interior lights were involved F20 was obvious;)

I see we need a bonus round for a tie breaker! In that case bonus points for whoever can answer why my front drivers interior lights doesn’t switch on when in the ‘on’ position but does when the door is open?

cos it has permannent feed and the earth is switched by the BCU in automatic mode while on manual the earth must go through the switch so it's missing earth or bad switch, take off the cover and check continuity across body and the black wire there

Yep, I'd go with that too. The earth from the BCU operates the light when the door is open but there's a permanent earth supplied to the switch which illuminates the light in the "manual" mode.
In the attached diagram the purple wire is the +12 volts, purple/blue is switched earth and black is the permanent earth.

I've only piped up with my answer which is the same as sierrafery's because his picture has a red cross on it and I can't see it.
