'Ive ordered a light bar and 4 18w led spots.

Am i best using an inline fuse or one of the relays with the fuse built in?

I want to use one wire each for the +- rather than having to route loads of wires, will 6amp wire be ok or should it be a little over rated?

cheers :)

you should overrate it, but you'll find even the small 1mm core is just shy of 9amps..

Surely better to provide individual inline fuses after the relay, before the light.
That way, even if a fuse blows, you have some light.
Cheers

Not seen anybody use four separate fuses, i only need a four blade relay too so ill order one of those today.

Whats the best way apart from soldering to join the wires from the spot lights to the main wire?

Only one other way with vehicle wiring and that's 'crimp' with connectors to suit the application.

First post say light bar and 4 x spotlights

Oh sorry you don't mean an led light bar and 4 spots. A bit of metal and 4 spots.
