Ull get a better earth if you take the wire to the engine bay, but can earth to light bar.

Don't want to throw a spanner in the works but.....

Just checked the wiring for the lights and it has two relays in a board with just the one switch.

Well it arrived today and I fitted it . It comes with 2 relays to wire the lights in 3s. Just need to tighten the lights a bit more tomorrow and fix my indicator as one of the wires is broke
