Hi!

I was looking into buying a Discovery 2 TD5 , went to look at one nearby today, and discovered that i simply dont really fit.. My knees are jammed between steering wheel and dashboard, unable to drive ..

I'm looking for a way to comfortably fit my 2-meter (6'6") in a Discovery 2. Headroom isn't an issue, but my legs are really cramped. I've found a few older threads on the topic, but most of the links are dead. It's a Discovery 2 with manual seats.

Any suggestions?

Cut some length of your legs.
They are cramped, I'm about 6ft and I can't find enough room to be comfortable.

Extend the seat rails so you can put the seat back further.

But can you do that? The upper seatbelt mount may well be too far forward then for the belt to sit correctly.

Yes, it was in the highest setting
