Hi guys, just woundering what is and isnt legal when doing a body lift on a disco. i like to use my disco for every day use but i like to play with it to at the weekends. iv also decided its time to get wome bigger tyres and some steel rims. i want to lift the body by an inch possibly two but i wanted to know what the MOT lot would say :/ i have seen people on line with 6 inch lifts but im not going anywhere neer that. cheers guys!

This one and an equally big D3 are regulars at all of the shows. Why not ask your MOT station for their views.

Nope - they belong to a breaker. Discovery Breakers or something like that.

I don't think an inch will be an issue when you have stuff like this that's road legal

For an MOT you should be fine, providing it meets the criteria. Check the link The Mot Inspection Manual-Testers Manual

Just make sure the parts are up to the job...
