Greetings everyone.
I recently upgraded to a set of LED headlight (as well as the loom upgrade too).
They work just fine except when I switch to high beams, then they turn off completely.
I checked the fuses :)
I did purchase the little box thing that plugs into each head lamps and is supposed to fix a number of issues, sadly except that one.
Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

the type of harness and LED's fitted and the little black box would help and picture even better

What “loom upgrade” did you do? Are you sure it’s wired up correctly?

What brand of LED headlights did you buy?

For reputable LED headlights no need for a loom upgrade as good LED headlights will work from about 9 volt upwards

What little box? Good quality LED headlights do not need a little box thing that is supposed to solve issues. Unless you have bought non H4 LED headlights and have a convertor to go fromH7/13(?) to H4

What markings are on the lens? If just DOT, SAE,E+ number in a circle then cheap illegal Chinese. Would be best to ditch them and buy road legal ones such as Noldens, J W Speakers, Vision X, or Truck Lites.

Though you must be prepared to have those ones stolen. Sadly there have been multiple reports of LED headlamps and front bumpers with running lights fitted haven been stolen - it’s a sad world!

Under that argument why buy a Land Rover let alone a Land Rover Defender then? Complete vehicles stolen, roof tents and roof racks stolen off vehicles, Defenders stripped on owners drive of doors, bonnets, seats etc. That includes a police Defender stripped of doors etc, a South Wales MRT response Defenders stripped of parts. Don’t take a Land Rover to a Land Rover show as either you run the risk of complete vehicles being stolen or stripped of parts in the car park.

Your probably not sleeping with enough same sex partners for LEDs. Have you tried the local public toilets.
