If you can find a specialist vehicle upholsterer nearby they should be able to refinish & match the colour.
SEM do auto upholstery paint, but it's a trade product & usually needs mixing of its tinters to match.

Now I know I drive a £40,000+ car but I am far too tight to pay a specialist

Scuffmaster by gliptone will give you an excellent result if you email them your particular colour code they'll mix up a special batch for that particular colour

Furniture clinic is also good.

The particular colour of your upholstery will be found on the slam pannel under the bonnet.

Google Woolies Trim. They do some decent renovation kits.
A top tip for leather seats is to use Hydrophane oil to restore flexibility and strength to dried out leather. An old car I bought soaked up so much that I was convinced it was going through into the stuffing, but I tried using it on leather that was stuck direct to aluminium and that soaked up a similar amount. It evened out some bumps where the leather had rucked up in the sun. Occasional use after the first go and still in good condition years later.
