Here are the values from the wheel arch to the wheel CENTRE with front tyre pressure 28psi and rears 38psi,
car must be on firm level ground.

STANDARD height 470mm +/- 7mm

HIGH profile 510mm +/- 7mm

ACCESS height 405mm +/- 7mm

I've been wondering about resetting my heights (once I've finished replacing my airbags and fixed the air leaks) as I'm sure they're all wrong. When setting these heights, is it just a case of fiddling with the values in EAS unlock until you achieve these physical measurements?

Presumably there are no 'correct' figures to input as each car will be different due to calibration differences on the height sensors etc..?

Yes, just tweak the settings until the measurments from the wheel arch to wheel centre are correct. As you rightly say the height sensors will be different for every car and from sensor to sensor as they are quite crude.:D
