Worried I might have the crack by the front gutter. Headlining is wet around there. Have fixed and seal sunroofs so how do I fix this?

The exact location is the problem! Don't want to have to take the headlining out again if I ca help it. The wet area is the front right corner of the drivers door & windscreen. No other areas of the headlining are damp. Think I'll apply some sealant to the getter and see what happens.

If you don't take the headlining out you may not cure the problem at all !!

It could be coming in elsewhere and just sloshing down in the corner ...

I had exactly this problem! Top right corner was leaking. You don't need to do anything from the inside, it's all the outside. Do you have cracks in the filler that you can see? TheĆ½re usually filled with gunk. Take off the plastic gutter trim if you have it first - be careful not to break it! Then cut into the filler with a stanley knife and remove the filler around the crack. Clean it and let it dry - then get ordinary bathroom silllicone and fill in the gap. I then painted it with silver hammerite and have had no leaks since - my d2 is silver coloured and the hammerite is almost exactly the same. I posted pics in a thread about 3 months ago.

Mikerajjers I have a crack exactly like your pic. I will be digging that filler out tomorrow. Thanks for your help. Spot on.

I have taken away the filler around the cracks and put a smear of Sikaflex over the affected area. Painted over with black Hammerite and will go over with the correct touch up paint at next opportunity. Hopefully now all leaks are sorted.
