I haven’t looked at the pipe or the situation, but you need to have a real good look. Inner wheel well liner?
Is that the pipe that goes from pump to the bottom of the column rather than the rack itself?

When I changed my front prop the “book of brains” said drop the transmission subframe, I Didn’t drop all, only 1 side. You need to really look at it.
