I have recently used a Sealy flow test kit on my Freelander TD4 on an 04 plate and need advice on the results. With the engine running I found the following -

70 - 80 - 72.5 - 82 in the 100ml bottles supplied.

So does this mean 80 and 82 are loosing pressure or 70 and 72.5 injecting to much? the difference between the highest and lowest is around 17% so which way do I go or is that normal?
I also performed a cranking only test with the injectors unplugged and got similar percentages.

They are a bit out of spec, I would normally expect less than 2-4 % difference at most although someone like Chaser would Know better.
Are you running a synergy box? if so turn it off or turn it right down else it will just mean they will fail a lot sooner, If i was you I would start looking fo a couple of injectors cos they can go without any warning once theyre on the way out (don't ask I know from experience).
It would of been good if you had taken pictures of the proceedure for others to follow..........although i think that myself after iv'e carried it out myself

OK I though as much but always worth a second opinion. Will be looking to get all four rebuilt and calibrated asap.
Can anyone recommend (from experiance) an injector rebuild specialist in the West Sussex area!!!! PLEASE
