I can also print them off A4 size if I have enough notice before friday!

Might not be the biggest but certainly usuable by anyone with decent eyesight.

id have one of those off ye if thats available ;)

oh on the proposed route is there any bits with lots of overhanging trees?
My 110 is bloody tall

Vil,

Course I can do that for ye - just waiting for the route guardians to release the info should they deem me worth enuff!!

Might even laminate them, then they could be handed back to the guardians and used on the Sunday if there's laning afoot on same lanes??

is there a good bit of software thats easy to use on an android phablet?

i havent any minute (as im more of a map man) but keen to get on with the technical revolution ;)

I use to use mm until I found it impossible to transfer the maps onto a new phone. I use viewranger now which is pretty much the same but according to reviews not so far up its copyrighted arse.

Haven't tried transferring them yet though

Funky Kipper is the only one that can send the routes, I have sent him messages plus spoke to him last Sunday, but I think he is working long hours at the moment. 110 will be ok on lanes only 1 lane with height restriction which we will not be doing now

FK has his hands rather full atm. Hopefully the info will be sent out soon.

I'm happy enough to copy the routes onto my phone by hand, it'll only take a couple of minutes and saves me breaking the Internet and every connected device within the blast radius of me trying to import and convert a simple file :D

Do any of the lanes tally with whats in the latest LRO (June - subs) magazine - laning in Leicestershire?? if memory serves - its in the house still in its subby plastic wrapping.

Will open it when I get home shortly.

i know some good lanes out on the east side of leicester - deep water etc

oohhhhh could do some midnight laning if anyones up for it. The coalville loop is always fun ;)

Apparently Mapyx can import/export about 100 different types?!? I'm bringing me rig anyhow so maybe we can find out!

Sent to all that asked...well, hopefully anyway, it's the first time I've sent a route

In the words of Stella... Thanks Presh!
Will try and import them in the morning and see what occurs when printing 'em

How the hell do you open/import a file sent by email. This is seriously doing my nut in

I just saved it to my desktop and launched the software I was going to use. Then into file menu. Import. Find the file and open it. Also opened it using gpx viewer on my phone but that uses intynet over phone.

I have a gpx file with the Northants route on if anyone wants it please pm an email address.

Apologies for the delay.

Just finished printing both routes. Laminating them in the morning. 10 pages each of OS 25k lovely Ness.

You're a bit flipping late Matt! I cracked under the pressure and have sent two routes out. Just hoping I got them right. We will compare routes tomorrow
