I've since been on the website and looked at previous meeting minutes .. out of (I think) a possible twelve seats, there's normally only six or so actually taken up! It's also possible to go to the meetings as a member of the public too, dunno if they can ask questions etc, but I certainly intend to sit in on the next one and at least see what happens.
Not worried if they want to gang up on me either, I'll be doing some preparaton and will have some information, statistics and general bumf to calm them down with, hopefully!!

So it starts again ... another lane blocked.
Local farmer, he's had the ditches either side of this lane filled in and cars/4x4's/motorbikes/quads all used his field to go round a rutted bit!! So I can understand why he's done it. Didn't try to move it with my tow-rope, but when I next happen along I might have a chansaw handy .. though I won't set out to remove the obstacle, no sir ..
