Erm not been out in landy as working away. Been in the lil connect and no problems.....however did have a spin out down a lane near tattershall after an argos lorry twitched, i recovered the spin ok thankfully.

Did recover ( of sorts) an old dear on a mobility scooter on a caravan park in skegness who was stuck and had been sometime. I dragged her to site office. She wasnt in a great way and quite panicked. Didnt take pics as thought a tad mean, that and sorting first aid out.:D
 
I saw a fender make a right cock up towing a Micra up a hill in Whaley Bridge, giving it a load of welly and snaking all over the show... It was a sight to behold during a usually uneventful evening jog
 
Isnt it such a nice feeling when you reverse off your drive on to a snow covered road and drive off with your neighbours looking on in disgust . We all know the ones who look at your land rover like it doesn't belong here !!!!!!....
 
It was too cold the other night, my diesel started thickening and dad wore out the battery trying... :mad: Will have to tow it to a position where jump leads will reach :eek:
 
Mines dead too. Alarm or immobiliser problems. Feck it!!! Withdrawal symptoms so went out laning in the Range Rover today. Bad move!!! Scratchy scratchy.

Where was my invite! I scratched mine the other day :eek: and smashed a side step...... Wife wasn't happy! Really need to start saving for something to play in!

Yea I'm pretty sure I'm comin, will be with the cake maker tho, BGB advised the range wasn't the best choice! What are you taking?? Il go in the range if you do :p
 
I was thinking of it but chose to opt for help the aged instead. Our Council dictates enough without having them dictate how I must drive and what I must carry - what do they know?

Agree with the AntiChrist comment - get the same here unless it's snowing then they all seem to smile - weird....

Erm I really really will not be taking my Rangie. :crazy_driver: :D :D I think yours would be fine. Make sure you sit behind the beard for recovery purposes. :D :D
 
i got called out to rescue my mate last night he spun off the road and sunk his golf in a ditch and he had snow tyres but was probably arsing about i had to winch him he was that badly stuck and driving my audi i got stuck going up my own drive epic fail so i towed myself up my drive
 
I contemplated using mine to extract a burnt out BMW M3 from a tight lane behind some houses. On the grounds the fuel pump is on its last legs I decided against it so I squeezed my truck in there instead and completed a 30 point turn to make the bend.

Had a Discovery 3 out in Wales this weekend and it pretty much did what we did. Even getting stuck in a bog. :confused:
