not really, ive had severall weeks pondering and have seen them raised with 360 excavators before.
We usually ave A N Other erect the turbines and do the electrical installations our selves, but this wasnt one of ours.
The company who installed it didnt apply to connect to grid prior to installation and were refused export leaving the customer with a very expensive garden orninent that he could not use. They have since gone bust. This is the second of 3 we have been asked to commision and get grid connected that this company abandand using our load divert and power share pannels.
The turbine was erected 18 months ago using a neighbours field but was left in such a bad state after original instalation that access wouldnt be granted again, so we opted for the landy with winch which (just) fitted between the side of his property and a turfer as a back up.
Was fun using the land and very usefull for carrying all the kit up to the newly built plant room at the base of the turbine.
