Welcome! Firstly, don't despair. Once you ironed out this issue, no doubt there will be plenty more to resolve- it's a Landrover!! ;-)

Sounds like you have a fuelling issue. I would suggest that firstly you rotate the engine half a turn to see if that gets your lifter pump operating- it may be open on the cam. If that works, crack open the bleed screw on the filter and check to see if clean fuel is flowing. Once this is air free, do the same on the pump followed by the injectors.

Were you on a hill when it stopped?
Check for fuel line leaks (especially around the top of the tank)
Check for fuel (guage could be buggered)
Change fuel filter
crack some of the injector fuel line bolts and crank the engine to see if there is any fuel getting to them
Blow out all the fuel lines with an air gun
Change lift pump
In that order

Hi and welcome!

Let us know the outcome. But don’t be put of by the experience, landies just like to test us at times!

Mine often stops on the cam so as suggested try turning crank 1/2 turn and see if it pumps. Unfortunately oil in air filter could be a worn engine, however could just be a very old air filter. Don’t forget to check the sedimenter behind the rear wheel is free of water.
