The advert says its a VW camper van pop top.
I personally like the idea of intergrating the Landrover as a wheelhouse but obviously it hasnt been done very well in this case.

It's a houseboat, moored up behind Broad St, Birmingham. I would imagine you would have to take that off to get it under the bridges, but it hasn't moved for years I believe.
