Greetings forum users...

I'm on here trying to get the word out about a newly created www.onebigspameatit.com

The range of parts available is pretty comprehensive and covers current and non-current vehicles (the old favourites!)...Everything from side steps and roof rails to lamp guards and towing bits...and they are all OE accessories

Check it out, and let me know what you think. Feedback is welcomed.

I hope this post doesn't upset anyone..it's not designed to. I'm just trying to get the word out to you guys that there is an official LR site set up cataloguing accessories.

Seriously Mad Hat man. What's the problem? Like I said, I don't mean to offend anyone, I'm just trying to let you guys on the forum know that Landrover have created an accessories catalogue, and that you guys may want to have a look at it. It may be of use. And if not, then don't or leave me some feedback. Surely this isn't too much of a problem for you?

I think the main problem is that we have a section for Spam. But you don't seem to be able to find it. If you want to advertise on the forum then at least have the decency to contact the Admin and ask their permission. Oh and it's "o f f i c i a l" not "offical"
 
Points all taken on board; I'm not advertising the site so to speak, just letting you guys know that it exists. I thought a cross section of owners on a LR forum may be interested. I'll reitterate, no offence is intended by my presence on here.
 
Pikey had it exactly. I dont have a prob with info being posted, (and I aint a mod) but I am sure yu were on here recently and got banned for exactly the same sort of stuff. It costs to run a forum and I am sure that Landrover can afford the small pittance that the owners ask for to advertise properly. We get tons of crap posted on here and the mods have a difficult enuf time without peeps trying the cheap option.

Contact the mods/ Roy or Accy and please do the job properly.
 
Mad Hat, I totally understand your pov. I'm a novice on such forums, and perhaps with a little too much haste, wanted to get the word out that we created a tool for owners to view all LR accessories. There is nothing surreptitious or sinister about my efforts. I am certainly not trying to bypass any rules etc.

I will be contacting the mods for some official assistance.

has anybody been on this site, he reckons all models current and non-current. canna find p38, disco1, series, but on the plus side they do ****e for post facelift hippo's.......

Gegs88, I certainly don't want to be pedantic, however, I must correct you. I did not say that the site includes all non-current models, what I said was "The range of parts available is pretty comprehensive and covers current and non-current vehicles" which is true.

More non-current vehicle accessories are in the pipeline to be catalogued shortly too. And at present Biggeeeee, dealer websites don't carry links to the accessories catalogue although, no doubt shortly they will.

Yet again, rather innocently, I seem to have caused a stir just trying to get word out about www.onebigspameatit.com
Not intended guys (apologies for offending anyone). It's simply a heads up that this exists. It's not spam.
