Hi all, new to this. Not long bought a 1986 Land Rover 90 which I am planning to restore as we have some trips planned. Would like any advice on changing the classification from PLG to car as I live in the dreaded LEZ. Have been told that if I fit windows on the side and seats in the back that is all I need to do to re-classify, can anyone shed any light on this for me please.

Don't think you will be able to make the change , I'm sure it has to leave the factory as a CSW
