Bought a Landranger map today of East Kent, spent a happy half hour with the kids finding BOATs and marking them...

Are the explorer maps more for that sort of thing such as BOATs?

What do you guys use, not counting websites etc, just maps.

Explorer is a much better scale when yer on the ground - Landranger is best for finding routes then fine tune them with the Explorer.

I will be out and about next weekend, fingers crossed the old cow holds together, as will be down Canturbury way, weekend after that may be up for that lane near you, up for it?

Next w/e I'll be laning in/around Basingstoke - w/e after I should be around.
Nobber is pretty close to us too, we could get him along too if yoer like?

Heh - there's not a lot of mud about at the moment mate - be surprised if we got stuck

There's one nice steep bit that I've not seen, apart from on the map, yet that might be intrestin'.
