Exports paused while Land Rover figures out what to do about the new 25% tariffs on imported vehicles.
 
Have no real choice really, guess Trump is expecting them to build a factory over there instead.
Actually I don't know if he thinks at all.
 
Dun't fink it would be worth setting up a factory in merka. Cost v yesrs to get back the investment ain't worth it. Especially when other countries production lines slow down a bit.
 
Do they want EV Evoque production line for free, patent, and old vehicles stock. I can imagine a Salem witch type trial not long afterwards.

America isn't interested in that though, they want all fitted parts made there aswell.
BMW have a massive factory there, the biggest exporter by value than any other manufacturer. Still the powers that be are accusing them of being parts assemblers.
It won't take long until the motor manufacturers, over there, start fighting back.
 
Latest is 100% levy on any film not made in the USA.
Not sure what that means, l imagine the cost to show it at the theater or Netflix
