Looking at the pic again just make sure the pipes on the float breathers are clear and open to atmosphere

I can't see for sure that the float breather pipes arn't open to atmosphere as I can't see the end of the pipe. I have come across the issue before and they do start up and run fine for a few mins and then the power drops.

Unfortunately I don't think this has cured the issue :( it lost power, I left if for not even a minute, and now it's fine again. It makes no sense hahaha

Now the electrics are going crazy, the oil pressure lamp is coming on when I press the brakes, and there is a funny noise from the pump :S haaha

Check the fuel supply to the carbs and make sure the feed to the coil is good and the coil it's self.

I've put a new fuel filter in, just to be sure no rubbish is coming from the tank. Freed those pipes, and revved the sh*t out of it hahaha, seems to have fixed the problem. Although now it's spitting oil hahaha.
The powersteering seems to be having a funny turn, the belt is skipping on full lock, and I think it's leaking fluid, so I might replace the reservoir for one of the new plastic ones.

There's an obvious misfire occurring. I've cleaned out the distributor cap, seems to have made it run smoother but it's still misfiring. I'm gonna take the spark plugs out and have a look at them.
Any ideas on how to diagnose this? Thanks.

After the engine warms up and I drop the choke the oil pressure light flickers telling me of low oil pressure, but the gauge reads near 60? Any ideas?
