I am about to fit a new engine ECU (ROVER MEMS 1.6) to my 1997 Land Rover Discovery 1 2.0 Mpi but would first like to know what type of programming will the new ECU require. Will it only need synchronization to my existing Lucas 10AS immobilizer ECU ? Please note that i have at my disposal the Faultmate MSV-2 diagnostic tool. Looking forward to your replies !
