As with any engine swap you'll need to base it on it's on merits and how well/badly it was done.
That is a lot of miles, but if its been on that engine (in the 110) then it likely says that it was a success and has been reliable.
Purists will hate it. If you don't care about keeping it LR then your best bet is go look, drive and assess its condition.
On these you can replace almost any part, so despite the mileage claimed, it doesn't mean it needs to be tired or warn out.
