Pics of the work and finished product would be good.

I might have another rebuild as just bought a 300tdi R380 soft dash RRC, Gluten for punishment me thinks.

Would you buy another and re build it again?

How easy are plasma cutters to use on these sort of jobs? Always wanted one but it would be an expensive toy.

Thanks to everyone for their comments, i will follow with pictures..

It's alot of work and only worth doing to this extent on a vehicle you plan on keeping it for a long time, im sure the money and time spent would not be returned if i sold her. I would consider doing it again for the right vehicle as a sole play vehicle rather than like lady used for both.

Plasma cutters are an amazing bit of kit, correct they are expensive but if you plan on doing alot of this work worth every penny, an air compressor is also needed to operate one mind. Cut through 1/2 inch thick metal easier than a warm knife through butter, you could even cut your signature into the chassis... not adviseable mind :D
