I am reusing my l322 again after having in in the garage over the winter, now during the cold days and even some dry days . After using it and parking on return the whole interior glass is fogged up.

It never done this before in all the years I have owned it, I checked the spare wheel wheel all is dry, the door seals all seem good, but it smells stale inside.
The only thing I can think off is I had the pollen filter hosing out to clean old leaves etc off the bulkhead.

The internal fan that seems to run after use and opening the door has it a filter that may be be blocked etc.

And help would be appreciated.

Do you use a cloth to wipe the water away? And then put it back in the car? If so get the car dry and take the damp nasty cloth out. Alternatively ive seen people who have used things such as cat litter in a bowl to absorb moisture from the car to dry it out.

A bowl of salt will do the same

My BMW 740 (1997) does the same if not used for a while....it is just condensation from the fluctuating temperatures.....keep using it with the A/C on and windows open a tad to circulate fresh air....should be fine after a few days!

It's just sweat from you panicking about if you are going to make it home or not, well alive anyway, perfectly normal, mine quiet often smells of poo also especially after I exceed speeds of 50 mph or i have been to the petrol station and have accidently left a fuel receipt in my pocket for my girlfriend to find.....

Thanks guys , sweating in cause you hear that heart stopping bong followed by a wallet emptying fault message.
i think it must be something to do with the way i put back in the pollen filter housing thats letting in mosiure as it never did this before hail rain or snow.

check in the boot where the spare tyre is kept, check for damp / a puddle of water.

common issue, the tailgate seal wears and lets water in. also water gets in through rear O/S window seal
oh and water can come through the cabin filter housing

good luck
