Having a forum day today. Moving on with my project and this L322 has tints on all windows except windscreen and has done from new. Can anyone tell me if these were dealer fit as it's decrading in places and looks more purple in colour than black? If you rub it it come off like glitter!
Anything to consider when looking for someone to redo them?
Cheers!

I did think that but I've known this car from brand new and also I just bought a secondhand upper tailgate which is also film so thought maybe that's the way it was done!

Could be, but it's a cheap and nasty option compared to tinted glass, oh with it's a Land Rover product, they do like cheap and nasty:rolleyes:

I know you said you've known this car from new, but, I hope you got it for free. It sounds like a money pit :(

Read somewhere that some tinted films can effect the aerials on the rear side windows. Mine is tinted and AM on radio is non existant.

Most cars are money pits. But yes, it was in fact free. Having said that, the money it needs I think will be less than 1.5k. Lots of my time too but I hope it will be a good early example at the end of it.

Some are more than others ;)
Free is good, because at least then you will know eventually , what it cost you.
I shall watch with interest, how your project comes along. Good luck with all your bits and bobs :)
