The Girlfriend has just reminded me I turned 35 at the end of Jan....bugger....I am now the wrong side of 34 too....

I will have to talk with the Wammer and Data and find out if you get vouchers for a Zimmer Frame or if they are issued along with the letter from Queenie and the Bus Pass...:p

Have to say I don't feel like I am beyond 26...until I start to stand up of me chair...then the knees click and back aches!!
 
no aches, pains or creaky joints for me yet! don't carry too much body weight which helps & can still out pace most of the younger lads in the gym or on the mountain bike

Been into MTBiking since I was 17 & raced amateur cross country in my early to mid twenties & was still do roughly 200-300 miles each week up until a few years ago. Don't do as much these days due to starting my own business a couple of years ago & having a baby in December

A mate is wanting to go to the Alps MTBiking for his stag do next year so need to get out on the bike a bit more

Sod that for a game of soldiers....I used to bike everywhere, then I passed my driving test and I never looked back...should do, I am not getting younger...or slimmer!!
 
I wonder if Bix's NDB P38 has broken down. I was sure he would be here in a flash , to ensure i had my zimmer :)

Yeah maybe, he is usually here to see if his training times are getting any closer to your records!!!

Maybe he has tried to beat you in CFT, only he did his in the snow!! :p

You mean like I did mine this afternoon? :) I was flaming freezing on the way back, as the sun was shining when I left , so didn't dress for snow!
