Need help with my 2007 l322 deployable side steps , when I shipped Range Rover to North Cyprus they tied down car in container round side steps braking motor brackets, replaced with new , they work if I wire the motor directly to feed , will not work when opening doors , I have changed control board , the light by sun roof flashes twice and that’s it , pressing button will not do anything, is there a trigger wire to control panel. Only getting live feed on big main wire all time no trigger from car , help would be appreciated

I can give you the wiring dia for the side steps (2011) but not sure if its the same so take care.

Surley this is on the shipping insurance to fix?

Thank you , the shippers said get I fixed and send them the bill but here in Cyprus struggling to find some to sort it

We are in the north and will not let the car over the border as it’s only just registered in the north. Turkey side
When did this come into force? It used to be you could drive your own car, either direction, so long as you were visiting not staying. Restrictions on hire cars were different. It must be a damn nuisance for many now.
