Hi all, been amember a while but not made posts. Brojght an l322 2003 diesel a few months back. Had a loose negative battery terminal and the air auspension has shown the message on thw display and shut off, no lights on the controls. Is there anyone local who has the reset box or computer to reser it? Going to try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins to see if it will reactivate but i doubt it will work.
Thanks for the hepl in advance.

Have you reset the steering angle sensor by turning the steering wheel all the way clockwise then all the way anti clockwise?

I would highly recommend purchasing RSW Solutions software and OBDII cable, it's everything you'll need to diagnose and take care of your RR.

Yeh David its the first thing i did but the lights are still off. I dont have any warning lights showing, it simply told me it was inactive after the loose connection was re-tightened. I will have to look at one of those odb II plug things when i have some money spare. I was hoping there was someone local to me {Birmingham UK} that has the plug and could sort me out. I don't want to pay the extortionate amount i'll be charged by the stealers.

Thanks for the help so far.

OBDII will do naff all for the EAS on any Range Rover.

You need dedicated gear....yes the All Comms software is awesome but you also need the correct and compatable lead that comes with the software.

It plugs into the usual OBDII socket but it is not an OBDII lead by any stretch!

There is also the Lynx system, the IIDTool by GAPDiagnostics, the Snap On range, iCarSoft, BBS Faultmate Extreme, Bearmach Hawkeye et al....

Just goooogle RSW solutions, his web site should pop up, has a few how to`s on it as well.

Hi as many others have recommended rsw solutions, if my memory serves me correct its about £200 ish depending on exchange rate my cable only took about a week to arrive and you download program from the site you will also be sent a code via email, if you intend to keep your range rover it will be the best money you will ever spend , garages charge anything from 50 to an average 80 pounds just to plug car in and read faults. Plus there are many videos on the site to show you how to use software,
